Roles & Responsibilities



Job Scope



Responsible for timely month-end consolidation and preparation of reports and analyses;



Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting



Assist in year-end audit and budgeting process



Attend to queries from banks and auditors



Assist in preparation of banking documents and directors' resolution.



Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial and operational processes,



Ensure the smooth and effective management of the accounting activities which include reviewing and streamlining the current processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.



Assist in tax matters.



Liaise with banker, creditors, suppliers, company secretary, and any other third party, as



Any ad-hoc functions as required.



Job requirements:



Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA and equivalent



At least 5 years of relevant working experience



Experience in accounting software is an added advantage



Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint



Highly independent with minimal supervision



Able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
