Core Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Post job ads on platforms.
• Review resumes and interview applicants.

Legal & Compliance Management

• Ensure all hiring aligns with local labor laws.
• Manage contracts.

Workforce Administration

• Track work hours and handle attendance disputes.

Key Skills

• Communication: Clear speaking and writing to deal with clients and workers.
• Negotiation: Ability to agree on pricing and contract terms.
• Organization: Tracking many workers and deadlines at once

On COMMISSION BASIS.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
