• Molex is seeking a Warehouse Storekeeper to join our Taiwan operations team. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with global standards. You will collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Quality Control, Global Logistics) and external partners (transportation companies) to ensure timely and accurate material receiving and put away.

Scope:

1. Inbound Operations: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, complete SAP goods receipt entries, and ensure proper storage and labeling.

2. Inventory Management: Conduct monthly stock counts, monitor expiration dates, manage expired items, and perform re-inspections.

3. Warehouse Organization: Maintain 5S standards, plan storage locations, and design efficient material flow.

4. Materials Management & System Support: Handle Material issue transactions SAP operations and assist with inventory accuracy.

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.

What You Will Do

1. Ensure timely and accurate shipments.

2. Manage inventory and logistics processes effectively.

3. Support SAP operations for inbound and outbound transactions.

4. Maintain compliance with logistics standards and warehouse organization practices.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years of SAP system experience.

3. Minimum 2 years of inventory and logistics experience.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

6. Ability to handle urgent tasks and work overtime when required.

7. Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP).

What Will Put You Ahead

1. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

2. Experience in new system implementation or logistics projects.

3. Familiarity with 5S and efficient material flow design
