Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting complex corporate banking needs, ensuring business requirements are translated into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Support the maintenance of the project roadmap, monitoring task completion and updating progress trackers to ensure enhancements remain on schedule.
• Help update and maintain regional tracking frameworks and client-insight modules to ensure consistent data visibility across domestic and international segments.
• Prepare project status updates and governance materials to ensure timely communication of progress and structural integrity to the project leads.
• Execute the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including drafting test cases and identifying defects to ensure technical builds align with business intent.
• Monitor functional data integration from upstream core systems into the CRM layer to verify data accuracy and reporting quality for end-users.
• Support the business design phase for next-generation platforms by documenting functional requirements and evaluating system features.
• Assist in creating functional playbooks and training materials to facilitate the smooth adoption of new system features by Relationship Managers and support teams.

Requirements:

• Wide and strong experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or CRM support, ideally within financial services or a B2B corporate environment.
• General understanding of Wholesale Banking workflows, including deal lifecycles, pipeline tracking, and corporate relationship management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in structured requirement gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, with a strong ability to understand functional data mapping and system configurations.
• Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to business users and provide clear support to development teams during the testing phase.
• A university degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
