About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing aesthetic clinic team.

You will play an important role in planning and executing marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, increase client engagement, and support clinic revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, understands consumer behavior, and can turn insights into effective marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, content, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to implementation and performance review.
• Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and client acquisition.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and marketing opportunities.
• Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to improve results and ROI.
• Work closely with doctors, sales, customer service, designers and external partners.
• Develop creative marketing ideas based on consumer insights and market trends.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and marketing deliverables.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations for management.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in aesthetic, beauty, wellness, healthcare, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle, retail, e-commerce, or other consumer-focused industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Able to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept and planning to execution and performance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia market, consumer behaviour, and current marketing trends.
• Results-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make informed marketing decisions.
• Creative and resourceful, with the ability to develop practical marketing ideas based on consumer insights.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple marketing projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Experience working with designers, live hosts, or external agencies is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
