• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, property industry, or real estate is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Able to conduct presentations confidently to business owners and decision makers.

What You’ll Do ( Responsibilities )

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Contact property owners, room operators, co-living operators, and property investors.
• Conduct online and physical presentations of the Rental Management System.
• Demonstrate system features and explain business benefits to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close subscription sales.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Attend property-related networking events and exhibitions when required.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
