Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Property, or related fields.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, property industry, or real estate is an added advantage.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

* Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

* Able to conduct presentations confidently to business owners and decision makers.

What You’ll Do ( Responsibilities )

* Generate and follow up on sales leads.

* Contact property owners, room operators, co-living operators, and property investors.

* Conduct online and physical presentations of the Rental Management System.

* Demonstrate system features and explain business benefits to potential clients.

* Prepare quotations and proposals.

* Negotiate and close subscription sales.

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

* Attend property-related networking events and exhibitions when required.

* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
