Join our Korean fried chicken restaurant and lead the team in delivering great food and friendly service.

Up to S$4,500 per month
Key responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations, including service and kitchen coordination.
Lead, train and supervise the team to maintain service and food quality.
Plan staff rosters and allocate duties for smooth shift coverage.
Monitor sales, manpower costs, stock levels and food wastage.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are maintained.
Oversee ordering, stock checks, cash handling and daily sales reports.
Manage opening and closing procedures and report outlet performance to management.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Familiar with staff scheduling, inventory management and cost control.
Hands-on and able to lead the team during busy service periods.
Able to work rotating shifts, including late closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
