Job Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns based on business objectives
• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms and opportunities
• Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max and other relevant Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC and ROAS
• Analyse campaign data and identify areas for improvement
• Optimise keywords, bids, budgets, ad copy, targeting and campaign settings to improve performance
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, audiences and campaign strategies
• Monitor search terms and manage negative keywords to improve traffic quality
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets and ensure spending is aligned with campaign objectives
• Track leads, conversions and other relevant campaign results
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights on campaign performance
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency
• Keep up to date with Google Ads features, algorithm changes, advertising trends and best practices
• Work closely with the marketing team and relevant stakeholders to align campaigns with overall business goals
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns is required
• Proven experience in Google Ads / PPC / Paid Search
• Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign setup, keyword targeting, bidding and optimisation
• Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with conversion tracking and campaign performance analysis
• Comfortable working with advertising data, metrics and performance reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and budgets independently
• Good understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising principles
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to continuously optimise campaign performance
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
