Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new repair processes for aero-engine components.

• Create and maintain repair work instructions and technical documentation.

• Design and develop tooling and fixtures.

• Ensure repairs comply with OEM technical data and regulatory standards.

• Lead machine and process qualification activities.

• Drive process improvements to enhance robustness, efficiency, and repair yield.

• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.

• Provide technical recommendations and dispositions to the Operations team.

• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Handle other engineering tasks as assigned.

• Follow all health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul (MRO) environment.

• Knowledge of aerospace repair processes, such as TIG/EBW welding, thermal spray, heat treatment, brazing, high-pressure water jet stripping, chemical cleaning, shot peening, and machining, is an advantage.

• Proactive, motivated, and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
