岗位职责
Collaborate with global and regional account management teams to coordinate and support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
Review and analyse tender specifications, liaising with country teams, particularly across the APAC region, to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, local offices, and central procurement teams to develop competitive, high-quality commercial proposals.
Develop and maintain tender project plans covering pricing analysis, internal reviews, stakeholder alignment, and evaluation in accordance with established global tender management processes.
Maintain accurate tender records, reporting information, and documentation within internal reporting tools and tender management systems.
Participate in cross-regional stakeholder meetings, providing tender-related insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business objectives.
Identify and resolve tender-related issues, coordinating corrective actions and process improvements to enhance tender management effectiveness.
Support additional assignments and participate in related projects as required.
