Looking for an entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in logistics and operations? Here's your chance to gain hands-on experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management and customer service!
What You'll Be Doing:
Update inventory and WMS records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Coordinate vehicle movements, deliveries and collections.
Liaise with customers on orders, deliveries and event arrangements.
Prepare shipping documents, permits, transaction records and reports.
Assist with billing, invoice checking and monthly financial projections.
Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare customer KPI reports and operational updates.
Support ISO audits, safety meetings and warehouse housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, LTA and safety requirements.
Provide general administrative and operational support.
What We're Looking For:
Entry-level candidates are welcome!
Experience in customer service, logistics or operations is an advantage.
Automotive industry experience is a bonus.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Valid Class 3 driving licence is compulsory.
