岗位职责
Trade Operation Associate (6 mths contract)
Commercial contract drafting and terms negotiations.
Letter of credit issuance, document presentations and negotiations.
Liaise with banks and internal finance department to execute trade finance for physical shipments and Forex hedges.
Post shipment settlements.
Ensure integrity of management information provided to Finance and Risk for reporting purpose.
Support an outstanding control environment as well as develop and implement new initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate and liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Good knowledge of trade finance, UCP600, ISBP, bulk commodities trading operations would be advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trade support function, experience in bulk commodities, ores and palm oil experienced preferred.
Attention to detail and ability work within short timeline.
Ability to priorities and deploy strategy to handle multiple issues according to the situation.
