岗位职责

  • 1-year contract, renewable
  • Government project
  • Hybrid work arrangement

Responsibility

  • Drives business outcomes by taking a product from problem definition through release and continuous improvement.
  • Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define clear problem statements.
  • Develop proposals to justify resource requirements and secure funding.
  • Define success measures and establish dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy and define initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Create the product roadmap and work with the team to deliver against its goals.
  • Collaborate with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release the product.
  • Measure outcomes and continuously improve the product.
  • Engage and support users to encourage product adoption.

Experience And Skills

  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines.

The Following Would Be An Advantage

  • Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq.
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional.
