Job Requirements:
- We’re Hiring: Insurance Claim Advisor Join our team at Proton Melinau Auto Inanam and grow your career in the automotive claims industry.
- ️ Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly throughput and revenue targets.
- Conduct accident vehicle assessments and estimations alongside adjusters.
- Manage the full insurance claim process using the Merimen system.
- Create job sheets in VSS and SAP for towed-in or walk-in accident vehicles.
- Issue invoices in VSS and SAP once vehicle repairs are completed.
- Ensure timely debt collection in line with established lead times.
- Diploma or Degree in any field (Automotive-related background is an advantage).
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
