About OUR CLIENT

OUR CLIENT is a fast-growing B2B digital health benefits platform. They build the systems that let insurers, brokers, and large employers run self-funded outpatient plans, flexible benefits programs, wellness marketplaces, and third-party administration (TPA) services across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and Thailand.

The Role

You'll own delivery across product and engineering, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You'll sit between engineering, product, and client-facing teams, turning client commitments and roadmap items into work that ships on time.

This isn't a "just update Jira" role. You'll need to understand claims workflows, plan administration, benefits pricing, and provider networks well enough to know when a timeline is realistic and when a requirement doesn't make sense. You'll also lead client and partner meetings in Cantonese with enterprise stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau.

What You'll Do

• Run delivery across multiple workstreams: platform features, TPA partner integrations, enterprise client onboarding, and internal migrations
• Keep a 5-person engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders aligned on scope and timeline
• Turn client commitments (plan launches, partner integrations, contract deadlines) into clear requirements and PRDs
• Coordinate rollouts across HK, Macau, and Singapore, where regulatory and client requirements differ
• Lead project communications during incidents: coordinate the fix, keep stakeholders updated, and run retros that actually change things
• Manage vendor and partner projects, including security questionnaires, compliance documentation, and integration timelines
• Keep SOPs, RACI, and handoff documentation clean and easy to follow

Must-Have

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in a B2B environment
• Fluent, business-level Cantonese: able to lead client meetings and hold firm on timelines with HK/Macau stakeholders
• Strong written English for PRDs, client updates, and internal communication
• Experience managing delivery with engineering teams. You don't code, but you understand APIs, migrations, and database changes.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or partners
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Nice-to-Have

• Background in health tech, insurtech, fintech, or another regulated industry
• Experience with TPA, claims administration, or employee benefits platforms
• Familiarity with AWS, Laravel, or Next.js
• Multi-market APAC rollout experience
• Mandarin
• Uses AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) in their workflow
