We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to define and guide the design of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture design across enterprise technology initiatives.
• Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution architecture designs.
• Evaluate technology options and recommend suitable platforms and integration approaches.
• Define architecture standards, design principles, and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions address scalability, security, performance, availability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and application teams.
• Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance during implementation.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Present solution proposals and architectural decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor technical teams and promote architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or enterprise technology design.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, cloud, networking, security, and integration.
• Experience producing architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution proposals.
• Understanding of scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and security principles.
• Experience with technology evaluation, design reviews, and technical governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are an advantage.
