Join us as a Zonal Team Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and service excellence.

Job Description:-


Oversee day‑to‑day operations and deployment across assigned centres
Supervise on‑site teams to ensure service quality, safety, and SOP compliance
Act as the main liaison between centres, operations teams, and stakeholders
Manage feedback, incidents, and operational reporting
Handle staff onboarding, training, and operational initiatives


Job Requirements


Strong operational planning and people‑management skills
Comfortable managing multi‑site teams and stakeholders
Service‑driven, and adaptable to flexible schedules
Willing to travel and work weekends/PHs when required
