岗位职责
1. Ideal Candidate Character & Mindset
Meticulous Precision:
With no one else buffering the admin desk, this person must have zero tolerance for dropped tasks, delayed follow-ups, or unorganized class rosters.
Calm Under Pressure:
They must be capable of managing a high volume of shifting schedules, parent inquiries, and logistical moving parts without letting operations collapse.
Process-Oriented Problem Solver:
They don't just execute tasks; they actively fix friction points (such as confusing payment links or rigid replacement structures) to make the customer journey seamless.
2. Detailed Responsibilities
End-to-End Administrative Ownership:
Take full control of daily admin workflows, student enrollment tracking, attendance rosters, and class scheduling.
Funnel & Payment Streamlining:
Oversee the transition from trial to registration, ensuring payment workflows are frictionless and follow-ups happen rapidly.
Operational Continuity:
Serve as the reliable internal anchor of the business, coordinating directly with coaches and management to ensure structural stability across all locations.
3. What Success Looks Like (KPIs & Milestones)
Zero Admin Backlog:
Maintaining 100% response rates on inquiries and trial bookings within a strict 24-hour window.
Frictionless Payment & Onboarding:
Completely eliminating drop-offs caused by confusing payment processes or delayed registration links.
Operational Stability:
Providing a rock-solid internal foundation that allows management and coaches to focus entirely on student quality and retention without worrying about backend administrative chaos.
