JobDescription & Requirements
To cookhigh quality traditional authentic Bangladesh food, speciality in Bangladeshdishes.
Shouldhave the knowledge about properties and usage of herbs and spices in foodpreparation, and to cook Bangladesh dishes in a traditional way.
To ensure that all the dishes are freshlyprepared and the food standards are met.
Plan andarrange ingredients for next day preparation and orders.
Need tounderstand the customer requirements, as per order.
To Introduce new dishes and menus.
Experiencein all Bangladesh cuisines.
Tomaintain quality of food
Capacity to work under pressure during theextremely busy period.
Flexible to work in any shifts, especially in split shifts.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
