Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, independent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting operations and maintain a full set of accounts.
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Handle bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
Prepare and submit GST returns.
Liaise with auditors and other external parties.
Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
Good communication and organisational skills.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Location: 2 Chang Charn Road
Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm and Sat: 9am to 1pm
Salary Range: S$3,800–S$4,200 per month

Our flagship showroom is located within the Leng Kee automobile belt showcasing a wide range of Japanese and Continental cars. We also take pride in providing a one-stop after-sales experience for our clients. Our TTS Aftercare Service and Warranty ensures that every car we sell is maintained to the highest standards. Our 4S Service Centre is located at JTC Defu Industrial City. The Service Centre is capable of servicing the various car brands we sell.
