You will provide operational and administrative support for the full spectrum of Operations Safety in the Hospital. This includes conducting workplace safety inspections and risk assessments as well as investigating workplace incidents and making recommendations for improvement. In addition, you will be involved in organising campaigns and training to promote safety awareness, maintaining workplace safety reports, and participating in quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data analytics and visualisation tools
• MOM-Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officers are preferred
