岗位职责
Accounts Payable (AP):
Processing vendor invoices
, verifying orders and preparing payment by GIRO batches.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
Issuing invoices via various platforms
, recording incoming customer payments, monitoring aging reports, and chasing outstanding debts.
Bank Reconciliation:
Matching bank statements
against internal general ledger records daily or weekly to ensure balances align perfectly.
Expense Claims:
Reviewing employee expense reports
and petty cash claims against company policies before processing reimbursement.
Seawave Shipping Services Pte Ltd was established in 2006. Both founders gained their prior experience at major ship-owner firms. They believed there was a gap in the market and saw an opportunity to carve out a niche for themselves, placing emphasis on a proactive approach to shipowner's needs.
Today, Seawave is a prominent shipping agency that provides services to ship-owners including but not limited to: all owner’s matters, towing of vessels, tank cleaning, cargo operations, dry-docking services, special projects and logistics services.

The company’s team of dynamic and experienced personnel combines management skills and business acumen at both the local and international level. Close working relations with local government offices such as the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), Pilot & Towage Services (PSA Marine), and the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) ensures timely attention to all requirements at the container port, oil terminals, and anchorage on a 24/7 basis.
