Responsibilities

• Support the Chairman in the overall planning, management and development of kindergarten operations, including curriculum implementation, enrolment, parent relations, staff management and administration.
• Develop and execute centre operational plans in accordance with Board and company objectives.
• Lead student recruitment initiatives and continuously improve enrolment conversion through data-driven planning.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and teaching quality to ensure compliance with ECDA standards.
• Lead staff training, performance management and professional development.
• Review and optimise centre operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Build strong relationships with parents and handle significant operational and parent-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA, MOM, workplace safety and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
• Recognised early childhood leadership qualification or equivalent

Requirement:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably including preschool management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore preschool operations and ECDA requirements.
• Strong leadership, enrolment, communication and operational management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for communication with Mandarin-speaking parents and stakeholders.
