About The Job

You will be responsible for leading and delivering business-critical projects across various functions, including innovation, productivity improvement, operational optimisation, and organisational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects, from initial planning and scoping through execution, implementation, and completion.
• Drive a diverse portfolio of projects covering new product development, productivity improvement, process optimisation, and business transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other business functions.
• Establish clear project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, challenges, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and introduce effective project management practices to improve overall project delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring accountability, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
• Support project prioritisation, resource planning, and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
  
  

About The Requirements

• Approximately 10 years or more of relevant experience in project management, program management, or business transformation.
• Strong track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, with demonstrated achievements and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects in a dynamic business environment.
• Candidates from FMCG, manufacturing, or other industries with strong project management experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in R&D, new product development, productivity improvement, or organisational transformation would be advantageous.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be an added advantage but are not mandatory.
