Working location : Singapore

Job Description:

Responsible for handling import and export customs clearance in compliance with relevant regulations.
Classifies goods accurately using HS codes and calculates applicable duties and taxes.
Prepares and verifies all required shipping and customs documentation.
Liaises with customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of goods.
Submits permit applications for imports and exports through systems.
Coordinates with government agencies to obtain necessary licenses or approvals.
Ensures all shipments meet local and international trade compliance requirements.
Works closely with internal departments to support logistics operations.
Communicates with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to provide shipment updates and resolve issues.
Maintains accurate records and supports audits or inspections by customs or trade authorities.
Keeps up-to-date with customs laws, free trade agreements, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

5.5 working day, alternate Saturday
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude
Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
Expect overtime on a regular basis
Individual without experience may apply as training will be provided as our cost
