SHF SERVICES (M) SDN. BHD. is looking for a dynamic, experienced and people-oriented Senior Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations and support the company's continuous growth.

JOB DETAILS

- Position: Senior Human Resource Manager

- Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Salary package : RM8,000 - RM12,000

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead overall HR operations, policies and strategies.

- Oversee recruitment, selection and manpower planning.

- Manage payroll, compensation, benefits and employee records.

- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management.

- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Lead and develop the HR team while supporting management in workforce planning.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.

- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead a team.

- Proactive, organised and results-driven.
