1. Minimum Diploma

2. Having Experience in surveillance and IT industry is an advantage

3. Able to works with minimal supervision

4. Able to travel to any work location as requested and when required

5. Poses own transportation

6. Discipline, proactive and responsible

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain IT and surveillance solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote support for customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in project implementation, commissioning, and customer training.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
