Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Working Experience:

• Senior-level experience (typically 5+ years) in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.

• Specialized expertise in one of the following open roles/domains:

  1. SAP Security Consultant (Trinity ECC)

  2. Digital Security Specialist (SAP BTP & S/4 HANA)

  3. SAP Security IAM Specialist - Procurement

  4. SAP S/4 Security Engineer (Quantum Finance Security)

  5. Custom Software Engineer

  6. SAP B/W S4 ABAP Specialist

  7. SAP S/4HANA Payroll Consultant

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of specialized SAP solutions (Security, ABAP, BW, Custom Software, or Payroll) aligned with business requirements.

Security & Compliance Management (For Security / IAM Roles):

• Design, configure, and maintain user authorization roles, access controls, and security frameworks across SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, Finance, and Procurement).

• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and ensure adherence to security control standards.

Development & Technical Integration (For ABAP & Software Roles):

• Develop, customize, and optimize ABAP code, data models (BW/4HANA), and custom software applications to support business processes.

Payroll Configuration & Support (For Payroll Role):

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Payroll components, including schemas, wage types, rules, and system integrations.

System Support & Stakeholder Management:

• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, conduct System Integration Testing / User Acceptance Testing (SIT/UAT), and provide senior-level technical support, issue resolution, and post-implementation hypercare.
