Job Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, including cutting ingredients, preparing garnishes and blind baking pie crusts.
Assist with assembling and decorating pastry, baking and reheating food.
Vacuum-pack food items as instructed.
Organise ingredients, utensils and kitchen supplies under the guidance of the full-time team.
Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen, including cleaning workstations and equipment.
Follow food handling, hygiene and safety procedures.
Requirements
Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
A valid food hygiene certificate.
Able to follow instructions and work well with the kitchen team.
Attire
Wear a dark color T-shirt and covered shoes.
Uniform/apron will be provided.
