Job Summary

Oversee and optimize daily operations across multiple outlets, driving efficiency, coordinating teams and partners, managing inventory and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and timely issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align activities and support business objectives
• Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform management decisions
• Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels, logistics coordination, and vendor relationships to maintain supply chain effectiveness
• Support adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements through proactive compliance monitoring

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operations management tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing complex workflows
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment
