Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
Take customer orders and handle POS transactions and payments.
Assist with food plating, beverage preparation and counter service.
Clear and reset tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
Replenish food, beverages and service supplies.
Explain menu items and recommend promotions or seasonal specials.
Follow food hygiene, safety procedures and company standards.
Support daily opening and closing duties.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

Prior F&B, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
