We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and passionate about content creation, planning, and execution? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executiveto join our growing team at MD Events Asia.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Shoot event photos & videos (on-site & studio)
• Edit videos for reels, TikTok & promotional content
• Capture behind-the-scenes and live event moments
• Ensure content matches brand style & quality

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute a social media content calendar
• Create engaging posts, captions & campaigns
• Manage posting schedules across platforms
• Grow engagement and brand visibility
• Analyze performance & prepare reports

Coordination & Support

• Work with the marketing & design team
• Support event preparation & coverage
• Maintain content library & documentation
• Assist basic website updates when needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficient in CapCut and other video editing software, with strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Experienced in creating engaging, high-quality video content for social media and promotional purposes.
• Skilled in using AI video generation tools to create innovative and visually appealing content.
• Creative thinker with a good sense of storytelling and visual direction.
• Well-organized and able to multitask effectively during events.
• Passionate, proactive, and enthusiastic about the events and production industry.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required for events.
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and support the team with various event-related tasks.
• Responsible, committed, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
