We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Business Development Executive to grow our affiliate network by building new partnerships with KOL agencies, influencers, content creators, and online communities within the digital entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and experienced in finding and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners, KOL agencies, influencers, and content creators.
• Develop new business opportunities through online research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and manage the affiliate acquisition pipeline from initial contact to partnership activation.
• Negotiate partnership terms and close new business deals.
• Analyse partner performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality and partnership performance.
• Build long-term relationships with affiliate partners and explore new acquisition channels.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, business development, digital sales, content marketing, or a KOL/influencer agency.
• Proven experience in sourcing and closing new partnerships.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Able to analyse market and partner performance data.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing agencies, KOL agencies, or influencer management.
• Existing connections with KOL agencies, influencers, content creators, or affiliate partners in Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, traffic quality monitoring, and fraud detection.
• A proven track record of business development achievements.
