• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan including schedule and costing to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop comprehensive project progress reports to be shared with clients for payment purposes

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Required:
Candidates must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent

Preferably 2 - 5 years of working experience for Mechanical and Electrical companies

Able to read and understand Tender Drawing (Electrical / MEP)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Electrical & Revit

Able to start work immediately or within short term notice

Strong team member/leader, meticulous and serious in his/her work

Positive attitude and prepare to go the extra mile to success

Self-motivated, and results-oriented with ability to take pressure
