Responsibilities:
Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection

Attend to inquiries and phone call in a polite and professional manner

Perform simple triage & measurements – check blood pressure, height, weight, temperature

Prepare and assist Doctor during minor procedures

Dispense medications to clients

Monitor, order and replenish medical supplies & medications

Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing of medical records

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of clinic areas

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education Normal Level (N-Level) or Ordinary Level (O-Level), with Certificate in Theory and Practice of Phlebotomy or trained in Nursing

Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, customer oriented and committed to maintaining high service standards

Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
