CLERK-OF- WORKS (ELECTRICAL)

Location: Gemas

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of installation of electrical engineering services works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.

· Inspect and monitor at all time each stage of installation work.

· Ensure that all materials delivered to site conform to the approved specifications and the project’s inspection test plan.

· Identify all outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors / sub-contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.

· Regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-conforming works or delayed works.

· Keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondence and records in respect of the progress of works such as daily works record, site instructions, drawings, labour force and weather records.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess a diploma related to electrical engineering

· At least 5 years of working experience in site supervision of electrical works.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· Good interpersonal communication and reporting skills.

· Must be Registered with BEM and possess experince in JKR project

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• clerk of work: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BEM certificate (Preferred)
