HEAD OF OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTIONS

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

RM8,000–RM10,000/month

To lead, manage and oversee the company's overall operations and production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, production planning, product quality, cost control, inventory management and timely delivery.

The Head of Operations & Production is responsible for developing operational strategies, improving productivity, managing resources and ensuring that all operational activities align with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded and results-driven leader to strengthen our operations and support business expansion in the healthcare and nutraceutical industry.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead OEM manufacturing/productions and operational activities.

Oversee procurement, supply chain, inventory and warehousing.

Improve operational efficiency, productivity and cost management.

Coordinate with OEM manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely production, product quality and supply reliability

Support new product development and commercialisation.

Ensure products and operational processes meet company quality standards, SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements.

Lead teams, monitor KPIs and deliver measurable results.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

️ Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in operations, production, manufacturing or supply chain management.

️At least 3–5 years of management experience leading multiple operational functions or departments.

️ Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.

️Experience in OEM manufacturing, production planning, inventory management and supply chain operations is highly preferred.

️Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, supplement or FMCG industries will be an advantage.

️ Strong knowledge of operational planning, inventory control, cost management and process improvement.

️ Business development and commercial experience.

️ Strong leadership, negotiation skills, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

️ Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

️ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
