• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 5.45PM
• Salary: Basic up to $4,000
• Duration: 3 Months Contract - Convertible to Permanent subjected to headcount

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving customer deduction disputes.
• Review and prepare claim documents with the required supporting records.
• Submit claims accurately and within required timelines.
• Compile claim details and prepare reports for submission.
• Support general claims administration as required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle documentation and follow-up systematically.
• No prior experience required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
