Key Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and design presentations.

• Select and specify furniture, decorative lighting, fabrics, artworks, accessories, and finishes.

• Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with clients, operators, suppliers, and project teams.

• Source products and materials from local and international vendors.

• Participate in site installation, styling, and project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, FF&E Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.

• Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, clubhouse, luxury residential, or high-end interior projects.

• Strong knowledge of furniture, lighting, materials, styling, and decorative accessories.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about design.

Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for the position of Senior FF&E Designer.
Candidates with less experience may be considered Assistant FF&E Designer.
