Key responsibilities
Assist patients with registration, appointments and payment processing
Attend to patient enquiries and provide friendly frontline customer service
Guide patients on mobile healthcare applications
Provide general administrative and daily clinic operational support

Requirements
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service, receptionist or frontline experience preferred
Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week

Benefits
AWS (13th Month Bonus)
2–3 months variable bonus (subject to performance)
