Primary Functions:

• To research and develop event buyers segment.

• To be responsible for the buyer/visitor acquisition activities for exhibitions and conferences.

Main Responsibilities:

1.       To develop, plan and execute buyer/visitor promotions for TTG events.

2.       To source, maintain, update and build up databases for buyers/visitors.

3.      To take ownership of all buyer acquisition activities and engagement process. This would include, among others, development of online acquisitions forms, website communication, email marketing campaigns, and direct marketing campaigns.

4.      To establish and maintain a process of ensuring quality buyers are identified, engaged and invited to attend TTG events.

5.      To prepare materials needed for buyer nomination/validation, buyer-seller business appointment matching/scheduling sessions) and buyer kits etc.

6.      To liaise with hosting and sponsoring organizations for flights, transportation, accommodation, etc., for buyers/visitors, and to ensure reservation and confirmation of bookings, etc., are collected and delivered to buyers/visitors.

7.      To conduct survey and develop questionnaires for buyers/visitors to gather feedback, in order to improve our events, and/or conduct market research.

8.      To build and maintain good rapport with partners, industry associations, supporting media, exhibitors, etc.

9.      To engage industry partners and to keep abreast of market developments where necessary.

10.  To develop partnerships and alliances with industry partners to assist TTG in its buyer acquisition efforts.

11.  To engage internal stakeholders, including but not restricted to editors, sales staff, and project managers where necessary.

12.  To engage suppliers and vendors for the provision of services necessary to develop tools, online forms, direct marketing campaigns where necessary.

13.   To liaise with Operations and Finance departments for logistics, operational requirements and expenditure.

14.   To submit and update regular clear, concise and substantive reports.

15.   Toassist in any other duties as assigned from time to time.
