Job Purpose
Supports the planning, coordination and delivery of Club events, private functions and partnership activities, with ownership of assigned event administration and execution tasks.

Supports the planning, coordination and delivery of Club events, private functions and partnership activities, with ownership of assigned event administration and execution tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event planning, checklists, schedules and supporting documents.
- Support venue setup, event materials, signage and registration.
- Support event setup, live execution and breakdown.
- Respond to routine event enquiries and assist with registrations/confirmations.
- Maintain event calendars, briefs, function sheets and records.
- Coordinate quotations, supplier documents, purchase requests and invoices.
- Coordinate partnership activations and partner deliverables.
- Communicate event information to relevant internal teams.
- Support attendance reporting and post-event administration.
- Maintain a proactive, organised and member-focused approach.
- Diploma or equivalent in Events, Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related discipline advantageous.
- Relevant events, hospitality or coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible event hours.
