Operations Assistant – Weekends & Public Holidays

CozyPlace is  movie lounge . We are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to help with the daily running of our outlet.

Working Hours & Pay

Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Monthly pay: $1,300, based on 8 weekend working days
If there are more than 8 weekend days in the month, pay will be adjusted accordingly
Public Holiday shift: $240 per full shift
You must be able to work every weekend and public holiday

What You Will Do

Welcome and check in customers
Prepare rooms before each booking
Check that TVs, speakers and room equipment are working
Keep rooms and common areas clean and presentable
Monitor booking timings
Assist customers with simple enquiries
Make sure customers follow house rules
Report any damage or maintenance issues
Help with opening and closing duties
Assist with other basic outlet operations when needed

What We Are Looking For

Reliable and punctual
Comfortable speaking to customers
Able to work independently
Basic English communication skills
Basic phone and computer skills
Responsible and willing to learn
Customer service or operations experience is a bonus, but not required
