Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities.
• Handle administrative tasks, documentation, records, and filing.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and follow up on operational matters, schedules, and deadlines.
• Prepare reports, documents, and other operational records as required.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, deliveries, and other operational arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Support the implementation and improvement of operational procedures and processes.
• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations or administrative support is preferred.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office applications.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
