Catering Sales & Events Coordinator (Weddings & Celebrations)

Since 2002, Manna Pot Catering has grown from a family-founded, Halal-certified caterer into a group of brands covering catering, restaurants, artisan bakes, florals, and venues. When you sell a wedding or celebration with us, you sell the whole celebration — food, event planning, flowers, cake, and spaces — under one roof. No competitor hands their salesperson a toolkit like this.

You will:

• Own all inbound wedding and celebration enquiries — respond fast, consult warmly, close confidently
• Build proposals and customised menus with our chefs; negotiate and close deals end to end
• Host menu tastings and venue showrounds for couples and families
• Cross-sell across the group: Flora Artisan florals, Divine Artisan cakes and dessert tables, and our restaurant venues — one seamless story per celebration
• Coordinate with kitchen and ops so every confirmed event is delivered flawlessly
• Keep the leads tracker sharp and hit monthly sales targets
• Represent Manna Concepts at wedding fairs and showcases
• Plan & Execute client events seamlessly

We're looking for someone with:

• Sales or customer-facing experience (catering, weddings, or hospitality a plus) — fresh grads with the right attitude welcome
• Best-in-class customer service and a warm, polished manner couples instinctively trust
• The ability to start, follow up relentlessly, and get things done
• Comfort with weekend tastings and event days (weddings live on weekends — we roster fairly)
• Bilingual English/Mandarin an advantage
