Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Diploma and Degree fresh graduates are welcome.

• Good English communication skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Interpreting or translation experience is an added advantage.

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Salary & Working Arrangement

Salary: Up to RM7,000 + Allowances

Work Arrangement: Work from Home (WFH).

Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 days per week)

Shift: Permanent night shift

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between individuals who speak different languages.

• Provide real-time interpretation via telephone and video calls.

• Ensure accurate communication with professionalism and cultural awareness.
