Position: Project Manager – Audit

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Audit / Service Quality Audit project.
• Act as the main point of contact with the Authority.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Auditors.
• Plan audit schedules, auditor deployment and project milestones.
• Ensure audits are conducted objectively, accurately and confidentially.
• Monitor audit progress, quality and compliance with audit requirements.
• Review audit findings, observations, scores and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate submission of audit reports, checklists, recordings and other audit data.
• Prepare audit progress reports and preliminary findings.
• Address audit-related issues, feedback and clarifications from the Authority.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business, Audit, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management / Audit experience.
• Experience in Mystery Audit, Service Quality Audit, Compliance Audit, Market Research or Field Audit preferred.
• Strong team management, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
