About the Roles

Join a semiconductor manufacturing company as a Service & Application Engineer based at Science Park. This permanent position follows a five-day workweek, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, and offers a basic salary with AWS and Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop technical solutions for project proposals and application designs.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings to establish specifications and execution requirements.
• Support pre-sales discussions and presentations by providing technical input, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing and technical service teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and complete assignments within tight timelines.
• Maintain hands-on expertise in semiconductor front-of-line equipment, particularly wire bonders using gold/copper/aluminium.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably involving wire bonders and semiconductor assembly.
• Strong technical knowledge of front-of-line (FOL) assembly.
• Willingness to travel when required, including occasional trips within the Asia Pacific region.
