For (1) Manager/Senior Manager – Business Development

In this role, you will be largely responsible for acquiring new clients, developing and managing client relationships, and growing the company’s investment client base and assets under management. Your key responsibilities will include: (1) Client acquisition and Business Development, (2) Client Relationship Management, (3) Investor and Client Conversion, (4) Referral & Partnership Development, (5) Events Management, (6) Markets intelligence and (7) Compliance

For (2) Director – Sales and Business Development

In this role, you will be in a leadership role where you will be largely responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Your key responsibilities will include: (1) Strategic Planning & Execution, (2) Team Leadership, (3) Client Relationship Management, (4) Market Analysis.

Requirements:

You possess domain expertise in private credit, fixed income, debt instruments, real estate finance, or alternative investments and come with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

For position (1) Manager/Senior Manager – Business Development, you possess a university degree in Business, Finance or Economics and must possess CMFAS Modules 1A, 1B, and 6 (Securities) with at least 7 years of experience in Priority and Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Fundraising

For position (2) Director – Sales & Business Development, you possess a university degree in Business, Finance or Economics and must possess CMFAS Modules 1A, 1B, and 6 (Securities) with at least 10 years of experience in Priority and Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Fundraising, with at least 5 years in a significant leadership or managerial role.
