MKP, a global alternative investment manager founded in 1995 and headquartered in New York with offices in Miami, London and Singapore, is seeking an entry-level candidate to join the Client Solutions team in Singapore.

The roles upports client communication, investor reporting, tracking of client deliverables, calendar and agenda management, CRM maintenance and AI-enabled research. It involves close collaboration with departments across the firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and works well both independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external requests with care, urgency and attention to detail. Time-sensitive emails may occasionally require a response outside office hours.
• Support the preparation and distribution of monthly investor reports.
• Collaborate with teams across the firm to ensure client deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Manage the client services inbox during Singapore hours.
• Maintain CRM records, including contacts, client interaction notes, and conference registrations and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting agendas and reference guides for investor conferences.
• Prepare internal reporting for the Client Solutions team.
• Use AI tools and industry data sources to research prospective investors.
• Help track the prospect pipeline and communication cadence.
• Prepare weekly team meeting agendas, track action items and follow up on progress.
• Support internal documentation workflows with Legal and Compliance.
• Manage calendars for Singapore-based team members and help coordinate Singapore investor events.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and proactively identify ways to improve efficiency.
• Embed AI into day-to-day workstreams to improve team productivity.
